The room

The Breakfast Room was the house's dining room for two hundred years, and it still has the oak panelling, the long sideboard and the view down the walled garden. Each morning the sideboard is laid with juices pressed that morning, Bircher muesli, local yoghurt and honey, fruit compotes and pastries from our own oven. Then you order from the kitchen: the Thornbury Full, eggs any way you like, kippers, pancakes or porridge with Cotswold cream. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book and the kitchen will plan around them. Breakfast is included in every stay, and on summer mornings we will lay a table for you on the terrace.
